Edit any page and find the Page options box in the sidebar. Two settings, both for this page only.
Hide page title?
Ticking it removes the page’s entire header on the front end — the title, and anything else the header would carry.
This is how you build a page whose first element is the design: a Cover block with the headline in it, a hero image, a landing page whose H1 lives in the content. Printing the page title above that gives you the heading twice.
The title is still used everywhere else — the browser tab, menus, search results, the admin list — so leave it filled in properly. You are hiding it from one place, not clearing it.
Use it with an H1 in the content. A page with no heading at all is worse for a reader and for a search engine than one with the theme’s title. The Cover block’s heading, or a Heading block set to H1, takes over the job.
Content width
The same Narrow / Full choice as Customize → Layout, for this page only:

Default stores nothing, so a page left on it moves when you change the Customizer later. That is the point of having a third option rather than just the two.
The editor canvas follows your choice: set a page to Full and the block editor gives you the full width to compose in, so what you see while writing is what the page will be.

Posts do not have this box
Neither setting is on posts. A post’s width comes from Post default width, and a post’s title is the post — there is nothing to hide it for.
