Refund policy

Thirty days, any reason, no form. Last updated 13 September 2026.

The policy

If you bought a licence from us within the last thirty days and you want your money back, write to [email protected] from the address you bought with, or send a support ticket, and say so. We refund it. You do not have to explain, and we do not keep a record of why.

How long it takes

We action it within two business days. Lemon Squeezy handles the payment side as merchant of record, and their side of it usually lands in your account within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

What happens to the licence

A refunded licence key stops activating new sites, and stops receiving updates. The plugin itself keeps running on the site it is on — it is GPL software and we do not disable it remotely — but you should uninstall it, because you are no longer licensed to use it.

After thirty days

Write to us anyway. If something is genuinely broken and we could not fix it, we would rather refund you than argue about a date. What we will not do is refund a year at month eleven because the year is nearly up.

Renewals

A licence renews yearly, and Lemon Squeezy emails you before it does. You can cancel the renewal at any time from the link in your original receipt — cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the current year running to its end. If a renewal catches you by surprise, tell us within thirty days of it and we will refund that too.

What we cannot refund

Money your own readers paid you. That never passed through us: it went from them to your Stripe account, and refunding it is something you do from your Stripe dashboard, under whatever terms you offered them.
